Very interested in building this sub. The one part about the construction that I’d change is a solid baffle on top, instead of having the 4 tangential corners glued into the walls. I’ll most likely model this whole thing and draw it up on CAD. I can send you the PDF when I’m done with it, if you’d like.

As long as the front chamber is 4" deep, and the sealed chamber is 7.75" deep, and the inside height and width are both 11.25", then it should perform as mine does.

I'm assuming the PR mount is what you are referring to. Just make the sides/top/btm 3/4" less long, and you'll be good to do as you are thinking. In the construction, it was easier to have all 4 boards the same size, so that is why I built it like I did; fewer cuts.
However- I will be applying hardboard to the surfaces to improve the looks aspect before I finish it.
